Please double-check your time zone when booking to avoid any confusion or loss of payment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. No-shows without communication are not eligible for refunds. In the event of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible—I will do my best to accommodate your situation. Refunds outside of the cancellation policy are offered only at my discretion. Mended Hearts Medium offers virtual mediumship readings via Zoom. These services are intended for personal insight and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Please ensure you have Zoom downloaded and ready at the start of your time with pen/paper handy for notes. Clients may record their sessions for personal use only. Please do not share, publish, or distribute the recordings without my written permission. With your consent (through waiver), I may use brief, anonymous clips or excerpts from Zoom sessions for educational or promotional purposes (such as social media posts, blog content, or marketing material). Your privacy will always be respected, and identifying details will never be shared without your explicit verbal or written permission.
